Questions
What do I need to run FluxScalper?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC, an internet connection, a FluxScalper plan and an API key from a supported market-data provider. Real-time data availability depends on your provider and their plan.
Does FluxScalper place trades?
No. FluxScalper is an analysis and tracking tool. It doesn't connect to a brokerage or place orders.
Where is my data stored?
Settings, watchlists, setups and positions are saved in a data folder on your own computer, and API keys are stored encrypted. Our server only keeps what licensing and the optional community need. See the privacy policy.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
Can I use FluxScalper on more than one computer?
A license runs on one PC at a time and needs an internet connection to check in. If you switch computers or your PC crashes, you can reset your seat from the app with a code sent to your billing email.
What counts toward my ticker limit?
Every ticker on your board counts once, including the ones in your watchlists. When you need more room, move up to Desk or Floor at any time.
Do I have to join the community?
No. The community is opt-in. Until you join, the Discussion widget simply invites you to. You can leave whenever you like and keep your username for later.
