Privacy policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

FluxScalper is built so that most of your information never leaves your computer. This page explains what stays local, what our server keeps, and why.

What stays on your computer

We can't see any of this, and the app never uploads it.

What our license server keeps

Session sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes on the server and only in memory in the app.

If you join the community

The community is optional. If you join, we keep your username, community tier, points, post count, and the messages you post in ticker chats and rooms. Your username and messages are visible to other members. Shared trades show prices and percentages only — never dollar amounts, account size or position size. If you leave, your username stays reserved for you so no one else can take it.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number.

Market data

The app connects directly from your computer to the market-data provider whose API key you enter. Those requests go to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy, not through us.

Service providers

Our server and its data are hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Seat-reset emails are sent through Azure Communication Services. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

License and session records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing, fraud prevention and support. Community messages stay posted unless removed by you or a moderator. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Your choices

You can leave the community from Settings at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@fluxscalper.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
